What will a badge allow me access to?

The show badge will allow entrance to ICUEE and the H2O-XPO exhibits on all official show days (October 4-6, 2011).

How do I purchase education sessions?

You can purchase education sessions by registering or updating your existing record. Attendees and Exhibitors registering for education sessions must also purchase a show badge. Attendees or Exhibitors can also add education by calling 1-866-878-0740.

How do I register my group?

For groups over 30, please email tmallett@icuee.com by September 27th, 2011 for more information. Groups under 30 are required to use online registration.

When will I get my badge?

Name badges and tickets will not be mailed in advance. After you register online, you will receive a bar-coded email confirmation to be scanned onsite at the Express Badge Pick-Up counters located in the North Hall Grand Lobby.

How can I get a copy of my ICUEE 2011 confirmation?

You can retrieve your confirmation by accessing your existing record.

Can I cancel my registration?

Badge fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed on all registration and education fees. Visit the Attendee or Exhibitor Registration counter and present the badge or ticket you wish to exchange. Education sessions that have taken place are not eligible for substitution.

Is there a list of the official show hotels and discounted rates?

Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve a hotel room?

No. Show Management requires only a credit card to guarantee against future cancellation of your hotel reservation or block of rooms.

Will there be shuttle bus service to the show?

Shuttle bus service will be offered to a select number of hotels in the Louisville, downtown and airport/expo areas to and from the Kentucky Exposition Center. Please see the Hotel Amenity Chart for information on which hotels offer shuttles. The shuttles will run on show days, October 4-6, 2011, peak service only.

Is there parking available at the Kentucky Exposition Center?

Parking is available at the Kentucky Exposition Center. There is a parking fee of $6 per day.
